Unmanned aerial vehicles date back to 1849. The unmanned balloons, considered the first drone, were used by the Austrians in a bombing environment in Venice. For the first time in 1915, the British managed to shoot from the air in the First World War, taking over 1,500 pictures of the German trenches.
